 I wanted to plan a staff incentive day that was going to be fun but also drive home Wake-Up's Core Values. After our first meeting I was excited by the boys enthusiasm they had a day planned that ticked all my boxes and even had some other Ideas that would add a whole new element. I was excited by their enthusiasm, however, it wasn't until I received the overwhelming feedback from staff that I knew these boys were on a winner. Not only did my staff feel a great sense of accomplishment they had so much fun they still talk of it today. I have noticed a distinct improvement in staff moral, and our core values were conveyed in an outrageously fun interactive way. I would highly recommend Great Race to any company that wishes to do something different with their staff, or as a treat for there most valued clients. Thanks again boys and well done!
