 I wanted to plan a staff incentive day that was going to be fun but also drive home Wake-Up's Core Values. After our first meeting I was excited by the boys enthusiasm they had a day planned that ticked all my boxes and even had some other Ideas that would add a whole new element. I was excited by their enthusiasm, however, it wasn't until I received the overwhelming feedback from staff that I knew these boys were on a winner. Not only did my staff feel a great sense of accomplishment they had so much fun they still talk of it today. I have noticed a distinct improvement in staff moral, and our core values were conveyed in an outrageously fun interactive way. I would highly recommend Great Race to any company that wishes to do something different with their staff, or as a treat for there most valued clients. Thanks again boys and well done! We expected the day to be fun but were all blown away at how organised and well put together all the tasks were.. the extent of the professionalism mixed in with the deviousness on your part was fantastic.. We all love doing things a little out of the ordinary and this was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday! not to mention the fact that my team were the ultimate champions!!!
