Corporate challenge

logo Our corporate challenge is the perfect team-building day out. Our diverse range of tasks means that whether you're the extravert, the thinker, the physical or the cunning you will be given the opportunity to shine. The race has two distinct legs. Contenders are divided into teams of 3-4. Each team is given clues folder and a race kitty. Teams will need to plan and will learn to work as a decisive unit. From puzzle tasks to food challenges contenders will enjoy being taken out of their comfort zone. Interaction with other teams is a must as smarter teams choose to form strategic alliances.

Different from our city challenge, teams will choose the order in which they wish to complete designated tasks. These choices and the abilities displayed in all tasks will ultimately decide their fate.

We are completely flexible and can create a race that will cater entirely to you objectives and budget. We would be happy to work with you on customising your day by integrating your core values, company motto, or even customer service principals, whatever you feel you wish to achieve,we'll get you there and we'll make it fun!

Leg one: Teams must plan and use strategy to complete all checkpoints within budget in the quickest time possible. Pit stop: Here teams will have a chance to mingle as a large group and we can focus on the group dynamic. Leg two: A "surprise" team re-shuffle throws teams and alliances into Chaos. Our new teams will need to decide how they are going to complete the final 5 checkpoints. We finish with a brief prize ceremony in a venue in the rocks.

    Clock Chime.
    (Planning, time management, prioritising)
Teams are given the task to photograph a scene that plays out on a large clock. The clock chimes on the hour and half hour. Time waiting for the clock to chime is wasted time. When they plan to arrive at the clock could make or break them. Failing to plan is planning to fail!

    Budget/Kitty
    (Budgeting, prioritising , communication, creativity)
Teams are stripped of their wallets and given a race kitty. The budget required to complete the race with transport is slightly more than what teams are given. Teams must use creativity and ingenuity to find a way to make up the difference or be selective as to when they choose to use public transport.

    Team Swap
(Team building, change management, character assessment interpersonal skills)
Half way through the race teams will put forward a team leader. In a surprise twist of events the leader will be exchanged with the leader of another team. The core group must accept this change and remain focused on their goal.

    Giant Jenga
(Lateral thinking, Communication, Observation, positive reinforcement)
Working together, teams must use logic and skill building a tower out of wood pieces. The aim is to reach a certain height but teams are given the incentive to go beyond the call of duty
